The Rye Town election will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2005.

The Republican Committee is proud to endorse Judge John Colangelo for re-election as Rye Town Justice, and William Villanova and Joseph Carvin for election as Councilmen.

Rye Town needs strong leadership to restore confidence in town government. William Villanova and Joseph Carvin are experienced and committed to make the tough decisions necessary to make Rye Town an even better place to live and work.

Bill Villanova and Joe Carvin will:

Recommend the appointment of a blue ribbon panel of experts to remedy the flawed revaluation process.
Ensure fairness in taxation so no taxpayer is treated differently than anyone else.
Make sure your tax dollars are spent wisely.
Implement the recommendations of the New York State Comptroller to improve fiscal practices.
Make sure Town government is transparent and responsive so ALL Town residents know how their government is spending their money.
Bring a minority voice to a monopoly government that is becoming increasingly arrogant.
